During the week we work as consultants for restaurants and retail food companies. As restaurant consultants we help investors and restaurateurs build and implement a plan for a successful opening in Paris and parts of the United States. As retail food consultants we source ingredients and obtain distribution contracts for French and Italian products to be sold in high-end retail stores in the United States. On weekends we invite 16 friends into our home for a seasonal 10 course tasting menu with paired wine. Our idea for this concept was that it would be our way to stay social and connect with other food loving people in Paris. After being written about by Clotilde from Chocolate and Zucchini as well as many other blogs and publications, we have met and continue to meet so many interesting people from all corners of the world. We continue to host dinners with Hidden Kitchen because we truly enjoy the opportunity of cooking for a group of like- minded food lovers. Despite being around good food and great products, there isn’t a related experience as exhilarating as plating a course, drizzling a sauce, placing a garnish and watching people enjoy your food.
